I am an existing student, already registered, and would like to sign up for the Parent Portal.
Your Parent Portal (if you are already registered)
We have enrolled you in the classes you selected. You now have your own Parent Portal where you can you can view invoices, make payments, view the studio bulletin board and your class schedule. You will be able to have your Tuition automatically come out of the account you choose on the first of each month (Auto-Pay) or if you prefer you can turn that feature off and pay the invoices yourself on line in the portal. Please remember, tuition is always due by the first of the month and a late fee added by the 7th. When using the on line payment there is no additional bank charge using a debit card or check with ACH.
If you do not want to use the Parent Portal to pay you can still pay at the front desk, but there will be a $2.50 charge for debit and credit cards.
Once you are logged in you can click on “My Settings” and use the Reset password option to change your password if you like. You can also provide your email and password to another person who will be making payments for you.
In the My Settings page, you can edit your phone number. Please make sure you enter in your cell phone provider. We will send out alerts via text message.
Next, click on Setup Auto Pay. Once on this page, you can either enter an ACH Family account to add your checking account or click the Credit Card Family Account tab to add your credit card information.
Click Edit next to either ACH or credit card and you can enter in your account/card information.
Click update and it will be saved.
Your Username is your email address that we have on file.
Your Password is Dance#16 (this can be changed later)
