Spendwood is my 2nd home. I’ve been going there since I was 3 years old and even when I moved an hour away it is worth it to come back every year. The teachers are so dedicated and amazing, and the classes teach you so much. My favorite thing about Spendwood is the benefit Christmas show we do every year, not only is it a blast but we also raise lots of money for the Cohoes community. I love Spendwood!!!

My son’s been doing gymnastics there for two years and we love it. It has helped him in kindergarten preparation as it has helped him really learn discipline for turns, centers, circles, etc., not to mention help him get his energy out and build physical strength. Everyone there is great.
